As 2017 comes to a close, we at 555 Fitness would like to take this time to thank all of you, our supporters. What began as an idea of one motivated Fire Captain, has grown into an international movement. A call for change, not just in the emergency services fields, but a change within ourselves. We all consider it an honor to serve on the 555 Fitness staff, as each and every day, this movement gives us more in return, than we can ever give to it.

This past year saw many new partnerships develop, both in the fitness field and the emergency services fields. We have emerged as a leader in the health and wellness fields, and will continue to lead from the front. Both by example and sticking true to our original mission, the reduction of Line of Duty Deaths related to cardiac disease through fitness within the fire service. We have also developed amazing relationships with several other emergency services based Not For Profits.
In 2017 we were able to donate close to $15,000.00 worth of equipment to fire departments around our country. As well as reach over 100,000 followers via our social media feeds. It’s near impossible to calculate the amount of likes, shares and comments on our workouts and motivational posts. However, know that as a team , we appreciate each and every one of them.
We would not be doing our jobs correctly if we didn’t speak about the future. In 2018 we plan to expand out grant programs to support both law enforcement and emergency medical service agencies. We are also working with out partners to provide more on site workouts and programs at as many shows and expos as possible. Our grant program will also be open for applications at any time starting sometime in Q1 of 2018.
Thank you again for your support. Honestly , for as many times as we hear that 555 Fitness motivates others, please know, that you all, motivate us. You motivate us to keep pushing forward, to keep expanding and of course, living that TRAIN HARD DO WORK lifestyle.
